To help you make the most of your family holiday at Tropicana Club, here’s some helpful info to guide you during your stay!

Informations

Reception

  • For reception, please dial 500/9.
  • A safe is provided free of charge.
  • A fee of 30 TND will be charged for a lost safe key.
  • A fee of 20 TND will be charged for a lost room key.

Exchange

  • The currency exchange office is open daily from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 19:00 for your exchange transactions at the central bank rate.
  • Outside these hours, you can exchange money at a city bank. Please feel free to contact reception or your representative for the address.

Infirmary

  • For emergencies or appointment requests, please approach the reception.
  • If the issue is more serious, please reach out to your assistance (contact information can be found in your travel booklet).

Shops

  • The hair salon is open from 10:00 to 19:00.
  • The shop is open from 09:00 to 22:00.

Pools and Beach

  • Please note that our swimming pools are supervised daily, from 09:00 to 19:00 only.
  • Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided for your comfort.
  • Swimming is prohibited between 19:00 and 09:00 for safety and maintenance reasons.
  • Towels available for rent
    (1 DT / towel / day + 10 DT deposit)
  • Beach mattresses available for rent
    (3 DT / mattress / day)
  • Please do not use bath towels outside your room.
  • Swimwear and wet clothing are not allowed in common areas (piano bar, reception, restaurant).
  • The waterslide is open during the summer season from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00.

Animation Club

Our animation team is here to make your stay more fun and exciting.

  • Scan the QR code at reception to view the full activity and entertainment schedule.
  • Enjoy the Animation Box from 09:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 17:30, with activities such as aqua gym, gymnastics, stretching, aerobics, etc.
  • Enjoy live shows at the amphitheatre from 21:00 to 23:00.
  • Dance at the nightclub from 23:00 to 02:00.
  • Take part in the Olympic-style games and receive certificates for activities such as mini-golf, beach volleyball, darts, water polo, table tennis, pétanque, football, etc.
  • Tennis court lighting, billiards, and water sports are available at an additional charge.

Kids’ Club

The kids’ club is open at the following times:

  • From 09:30 to 17:00 without interruption during school holidays.
  • From 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00 during the rest of the year.

    from 10:00 to 18:00
  • Local drinks
    Include bottled water, soft drinks, coffee, tea, fruit juices, seasonal cocktails, wine, beer, and aperitifs.

Guest Notice :
All bottled beverages are chargeable, except for bottled water which is offered free of charge.
